Breveon Maintenance (Purchased annually): Breveon users can maintain their investment with a Breveon Maintenance
Agreement. This agreement supplies its users with unlimited technical
support and free upgrades of Breveon software from the purchase date of
the agreement for one year. Breveon will also update the medical
specialty vocabularies.
Breveon User Training: Breveon users can get one-on-one speech training by a Breveon Certified
Trainer. Training can be provided onsite or remotely via Breveon Remote
Support.
Technical Support: Breveon will help you with you support needs. Breveon provides enhanced
support offering remote on-line assistance for registered Aurator users
as part of all yearly prepaid Support Plans.
IT Support Services: A specialized service to assist small to medium sized clinics with basic computer needs.
Template Services: Breveon users can get Breveon Templates designed by Breveon Certified
developers that can enhance healthcare documentation and workflow
practices. The template team will work with medical professionals to
create the most efficient template.
Integration Services: Breveon’s integration team will integrate
Breveon with other software packages. We can integrate with hospital
HIS systems and EMR software packages. Breveon’s Aurator Exchange
software is an interfacing capability for use in all Aurator products.
This capability provides for conveniently establishing the relationship
between data fields in Aurator report templates and those in other
systems, for inserting data into and extracting data from Aurator
reports, and for transmitting data between Aurator products and other
systems. These interfacing capabilities will support HL7, XML and other
data formats.
